Team Up! Mash Up! was an idea I cooked up with Greg Storey while eating Mexican food in Austin in 2017-ish? I was looking for an illustration project where I could draw all of the nerdy stuff I loved, but I hated adding color to my illustrations. Greg suggested I design a coloring book, and the idea took shape. I still need to do a ton more wrestling with this, but I loved the idea of teaming up two unrelated characters, and then mashing them up into one combined character concept. More soon…
